Should the maximum number of people per room be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Check-in is until 20:00 and check-in after this time will be charged GBP 10. Check-in after 00:00 is not permitted. 曾經甜蜜交往的男友，分手後竟變成惡狼！台南市一名40多歲的熟女阿芳（化名），2006年間與一名吳姓男子認識並交往，期間經歷分分合合，最後終究分手；不過吳男不甘心，竟在2015年間藉口要找阿芳至大陸投資，實際上卻是騙她出門見面，趁機毆打並性侵她。最後阿芳甚至還被逼簽下寫有毒誓的「賣身契」，要她今生今世只和吳男在一起，否則將不得好死！
據《自由時報》報導，吳男和阿芳自2006年起開始交往，期間分分合合，後來確定分手，吳男卻心有不甘。2015年底，吳男以「一起到大陸投資」為藉口，將阿芳給騙出。2人見面之後，吳男向阿芳裝可憐，表示自己心情很差，想去南投竹山的紫南宮拜拜，阿芳不疑有他，便開車載著吳男前往紫南宮，之後還一路開車至南部多處訪友，當天深夜2人則投宿至摩鐵。
投宿摩鐵的凌晨，吳男竟手持拖鞋瘋狂毆打阿芳，阿芳從睡夢中驚醒，嚇得不知所措！吳男宛如失心瘋一般，不僅強逼阿芳脫去衣物，性侵她得逞，最後還命令她寫下有毒誓內容的「賣身契」；內容為：「今生今世只聽吳ＯＯ的話，絕不三心二意，今後願與吳ＯＯ同甘共苦、共同承擔，如有違背誓言，將不得好死，天打雷、橫屍街頭，特立此狀」。
所幸阿芳隔天假意與吳男去逛街，最後趁著吳男在百貨公司試衣時，趕緊逃走並報警。案經一審，吳男被依性侵、傷害等罪嫌，判處5年4月徒刑。
